need to use the Eczema Mailing List effectively. It will not in general
be of interest to people who are not subscribed the the Eczema Mailing
List.
There are two parts:

Rules and Guidelines for Posting should be
read by all subscribers. These generally reflect standard netiquette. They
are also intended to make the use of the List and the List's archives as
easy and efficient as possible for all subscribers.

Help for Subscribers contains instructions on topics
such as sending messages to the List, setting options, accessing the archives
and what to do if you have problems.
